Steel‑plate Rose Box (Square Strum Box) is marine suction strainer complying with JIS F7206 standard, widely fitted at suction points of bilge water, ballast water and fire‑fighting seawater systems onboard vessels. It prevents ropes, shells, seaweed and floating debris from entering pipelines and seawater pumps, avoiding pump blockage and equipment damage.

This square perforated box is equipped with two lifting eyes, enabling easy lifting‑out for quick inspection and debris cleaning without dismantling connected pipes. Full‑perforated surrounding surface provides sufficient open area to guarantee smooth water intake and low flow resistance.
