Stainless Steel Rose Box
The Marine Stainless Steel Rose Box, also known as a Strum Box or Bilge Water Filter Box, is a critical filtration component installed at the suction inlet of shipboard piping systems. Designed in compliance with JIS F7206-1998, this rose box is primarily used in bilge water systems and sewage wells to effectively filter out debris and solid particles from seawater and bilge water, protecting pumps and downstream equipment from damage.

Manufactured from high-grade Stainless Steel 304 or 316L, the rose box offers exceptional corrosion resistance, making it ideal for the harsh marine environment. The design incorporates a robust punched plate structure. Notably, the total area of the filter holes exceeds three times the nominal diameter area of the suction pipe, and the filter hole area accounts for more than 30% of the orifice plate area, ensuring optimal flow while maintaining filtration efficiency.
