Testing Standards: Valve pressure testing is performed in accordance with EN 12266-1 or API 598, ensuring body integrity and seat tightness. Functional tests verify stem smoothness, locking, and drift resistance.
Connection Standards: Valves can be supplied with threaded ends (BSPP, BSPT, NPT, metric), compression tube fittings (DIN 2353, ISO 8434, JIS B2351), or flanged connections per DIN EN 1092-1 (PN), ASME B16.5 (Class), JIS B2220 (K), and GB/T 2501. Simply specify your required connection standard.

Body & Bonnet: Machined from solid bar or forgings in AISI 316L (1.4404) as standard. For higher pressures, aggressive chemicals, or warm seawater, duplex stainless steel (UNS S32205/1.4462) or super duplex (UNS S32750/1.4410) is offered. The external surface remains bright, clean, and free from corrosion without any paint or galvanizing.
Needle & Seat: Precision-lapped from hardened stainless steel (AISI 316, 17-4PH) for metal-to-metal shutoff and fine throttling. For bubble-tight closure on clean gases and liquids, a PTFE, PEEK, or reinforced FKM soft seat insert is fitted, providing zero leakage per EN 12266-1 Rate A.
Stem & Packing: Stainless steel stem with a fine-pitch acme or metric thread for vibration-resistant setting. Stem packing is either PTFE (for general services) or pure graphite (for high-temperature steam and fire-safe applications). An adjustable gland nut or live-loaded packing system maintains a leak-tight stem seal over the valve's life.
