Product Introduction:

The marine flap check Valve is a single-disc swing type, wafer-type ultra-thin check valve, belonging to the disc-type ultra-thin check valve category. Its main function is to prevent backflow of media in pipelines.

Working Principle:

This valve adopts an internal rocker arm swing structure. The valve disc rotates around a pivot, and the media flow pushes the valve disc open to allow the media to pass through. When the media flows backward, the valve disc closes due to its own weight and the force of the backflowing media. Some models have spring-assisted closure.

Main Advantages:

Its core advantages include short structural length (typically only 1/4 to 1/8 of that of a traditional flange check valve), small size, light weight, easy installation (can be installed horizontally or vertically), rapid valve disc closure with low water hammer pressure, unobstructed flow path and low fluid resistance, good sealing performance (often with an O-ring seal at the valve disc), and sensitive operation.

Marine flap check valve are mainly suitable for water supply systems, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and other industrial sectors, and are particularly suitable for locations with limited installation space.
