Marine Deck Floor Drain is a drainage fitting designed for collecting and removing water from ship deck floors, accommodation areas, machinery spaces, and offshore structures.

Installed at low points of deck surfaces, the floor drain collects rainwater, seawater, cleaning water, and other liquids through a drain cover or strainer, then transfers them into the vessel drainage system.

Product Description

1. The surface bite of Marine deck leakage port/Marine floor drain shall be less than 0.5mm, and no pores, edge non-fusion and welding defects are allowed.

2. The steel parts of the water leakage hole must be galvanized. You can choose hot galvanizing or cold galvanizing.

3. Sb-type and sc-type water seal deck leakage holes shall be solent in welding, and there shall be no leakage after the main body is filled, and water seal experiments shall also be done. Open and close the valve of sb-type and sc-type deck leakage holes shall be done: there shall be no leakage after pouring water into the leakage holes to flush with the main body.

4. The Marine deck leakage port should be placed under the pressure of 0.12 and last for 5min. Check the tightness of the leakage port body and the valve.
