JIS Marine Angle Valve
The JIS marine angle valve is a right-angled globe valve engineered specifically for shipboard piping systems. Its 90‑degree inlet‑outlet arrangement saves installation space and eliminates the need for an additional elbow. The valve provides precise flow regulation and tight shut‑off; a screw‑down check (SDNR) version also prevents reverse flow.

1 Design & Configuration
Angle body with integral flanges or threaded ends saves weight and footprint.
Bolted bonnet and renewable seat/disc allow easy in‑line maintenance.
Outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) rising stem gives clear visual indication of valve position.
Available in both straight stop and screw‑down check (SDNR) configurations.

Bronze valves (JIS F 7301)
Body & bonnet: Bronze casting CAC406
Stem: Forged brass or stainless steel
Disc & seat ring: Bronze or stainless steel
Cast iron valves (JIS F 7305)
Body & bonnet: Cast iron FC200
Internal trim: Bronze or stainless steel
All seating faces are precision machined for reliable, leak‑tight shut‑off.

4 Quality Assurance & Testing
Every valve undergoes hydrostatic shell and seat leakage tests in accordance with JIS F 7400. Test certificates, material certificates, and approvals from major classification societies (NK, DNV, ABS, etc.) can be furnished on request. Permanent markings per JIS standard ensure full traceability from material to finished product.
