Overview
1. PRESSURE-TEMPERATURE RATINGS (TABLE 1)
The maximum working pressure depends on the fluid condition and the body material. Interpolation is permitted for intermediate values.

2. DIMENSIONS AND STRUCTURAL DATA
The construction, shape, and dimensions shall be in accordance with JIS F 7318-1996 Figure 1.
The permissible deviation of body wall thickness "a" shall, as a rule, be within +15% / -10%.

MATERIAL NOTES FOR HIGH-TEMPERATURE STEAM:
When the body material is Carbon Steel and the valve is used in a steam system exceeding 350°C, the body, bonnet, and disc materials shall be changed to JIS G 5151 SCPH2 (Chrome-Molybdenum Steel) to ensure safety and performance.
3. INSPECTION AND TESTING
The angle valves shall be inspected in accordance with JIS F 7400, including material, visual, dimensional, and assembly inspections, as well as the following hydraulic tests:
Watertight inspection for valve seat: 6.82 MPa
Hydraulic inspection for body: 9.3 MPa
