JIS 5K Screw-Down Check Valves

JIS 5K screw-down check valve integrates stop and check functions, the screw-down spindle can lock the disc to fully cut off flow while automatically preventing fluid backflow when opened. Made of integral cast bronze, it delivers excellent saltwater corrosion resistance and stable performance under 0.5MPa low pressure marine operating conditions.

Overview

Application: It is widely installed on cargo ships, fishing vessels and yachts for seawater, ballast water and fire water pipelines to avoid reverse flow damage to pumps and equipment. Matched with JIS 5K marine standard piping, it applies to marine auxiliary systems and coastal low-pressure water delivery projects requiring both shut-off and backflow protection.
