JIS 5K Flanged Three way Cock
Our JIS 5K flanged three-way cock is engineered to Japanese Industrial Standards with a robust bronze or cast iron body and flanged ends, featuring a three-port design with L-port or T-port flow patterns that enable flow diversion, merging or directional switching with a simple 90-degree rotation. Unlike two-way cocks that only provide simple on-off control, this multi-port valve delivers versatile flow management functionality in a single compact unit, replacing multiple two-way valves and reducing overall piping complexity and installation space requirements.
Overview
Application:Widely used on ships, offshore platforms and in industrial facilities for flow direction switching, medium diversion or confluence in fuel oil systems, cooling water circuits, ballast water management and other piping networks where multiple flow paths need to be controlled from a single valve location. Also commonly specified in shipbuilding projects, HVAC systems, hydraulic circuits and Japanese-standard industrial projects throughout Southeast Asia, particularly where space is limited and flexible flow routing is required to simplify piping layouts and reduce the total number of valves in the system.
