JIS 5K Angle Valves
Our JIS 5K bronze angle valve is manufactured to Japanese Industrial Standards with a high-quality bronze body and standard flanged ends, featuring a 90-degree angle design that provides reliable shut-off and flow direction change at pipeline corners while offering superior corrosion resistance in seawater and mildly corrosive environments. Overview
Application: Widely used for low-pressure seawater systems, cooling water circuits, general service piping and coastal facility applications on ships, offshore platforms and industrial plants where system pressures are moderate and 16K class heavy-duty valves would be unnecessarily oversized and costly. Also commonly specified in shipbuilding projects, desalination pretreatment systems, and Japanese-standard marine facilities throughout Southeast Asia, particularly for secondary piping lines and non-critical service where corrosion resistance and cost-effectiveness are the primary requirements.
