JIS 10K Screw-Down Check Valves
This valve adopts FC20 cast iron body matched with BC6 bronze seat & disc and C3771BD brass stem, reinforced thickened shell stably withstands 1.0MPa medium pressure far exceeding 5K low-pressure counterparts. It integrates manual screw shut-off and automatic one-way anti-reflux function, bronze trim reduces friction and guarantees long-term tight sealing without galling.
Overview
Application:It is widely used in factory heating, circulating water and low-pressure steam pipelines where 5K valves fail to meet medium pressure operation requirements, preventing water hammer and pump reverse damage. Suitable for land industrial fluid systems and inland ship non-seawater pipelines following JIS 10K standard, ideal for neutral liquid and steam backflow protection projects.
