Note: Each furnace of castings shall be provided with at least three spare test bars with furnace numbers, and the retention period shall be no less than 3 years.
4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
4.1 STRENGTH
The valve body shall have no leakage under a hydraulic pressure of 6.0 MPa.
4.2 SEALING
The sealing surface between the disc and seat shall have no leakage under a hydraulic pressure of 4.4 MPa.
The back-seat sealing test shall have no leakage under a hydraulic pressure of 0.3 MPa.
The sealing surface between the stem and bonnet shall allow a leakage rate of (0.01 × DN) mm³/s under a hydraulic pressure of 4.4 MPa.
4.3 DIMENSIONAL AND GEOMETRICAL TOLERANCES
Unindicated linear tolerances shall comply with Grade m of GB/T 1804-2000.
Form and position tolerances shall comply with Grade H of GB/T 1184-1996.
4.4 INTERFACE, APPEARANCE, WEIGHT & MARKING
Threaded connection dimensions shall comply with CB* 56.
Appearance shall comply with GB/T 600.
Mass deviation shall not exceed 4% of the theoretical weight.
Marking shall comply with GB/T 3032.
