4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
4.1 STRENGTH
The valve body shall have no leakage under a hydraulic pressure of 3.75 MPa.
4.2 SEALING
The disc sealing surface of the quick-closing valve shall have no leakage under a hydraulic pressure of 2.75 MPa.
The sealing surface between the valve stem and bonnet shall allow a leakage rate of (0.01 × DN) mm³/s under a hydraulic pressure of 2.75 MPa.
4.3 DIMENSIONAL AND GEOMETRICAL TOLERANCES
Wall thickness shall comply with GB/T 600.
Unindicated linear tolerances shall comply with Grade m of GB/T 1804-2000.
Form and position tolerances shall comply with Grade H of GB/T 1184-1996.
4.4 THREADED INTERFACE
The threaded connection dimensions shall comply with CB* 56.
4.5 APPEARANCE, WEIGHT AND MARKING
Appearance shall comply with GB/T 600.
Mass deviation shall not exceed 4% of the theoretical weight.
Marking shall comply with GB/T 3032.
