Screw-down non-return design: manual positive closing and automatic reverse-flow check.
Marine-grade SUS304 / CF8 stainless steel body, bonnet and disc for excellent corrosion resistance.
Solid solution annealed at ≥ 1000°C and rapidly water-cooled for low-temperature service.
Deep cryogenic treatment available for service below -100°C.
Precision turned or ground stainless steel sealing faces.
PTFE packing and gasket for reliable stem sealing.
Hard alloy seat overlay for PN ≥ 4.0 MPa to improve wear resistance and sealing performance.
100% pressure tested: shell at 1.5×PN, seat at 1.1×PN, stem gland sealing at 1.0×PN.

Hydrostatic shell test at 1.5×PN without leakage.
Seat tightness test at 1.1×PN without leakage.
Low-temperature impact testing and cryogenic treatment for low-temperature service.
Marking in accordance with GB/T 3032; packaging in accordance with GB/T 600.
