Angle SDNR Valve (Angle Screw Down Non Return Valve) is a combined shut-off and check valve designed for controlling and preventing reverse flow in piping systems.

The valve integrates the functions of a globe valve and a non-return valve, allowing operators to manually isolate the pipeline while automatically preventing backflow.

The angle pattern design changes the flow direction by 90 degrees, providing:

Working Principle of Angle SDNR Valve

Angle SDNR Valve operates through a screw-down mechanism combined with an automatic non-return function.

The valve controls fluid flow through vertical movement of the disc.

Operating Process:

  1. The handwheel rotates the valve stem.

  2. The stem moves the disc upward or downward.

  3. When the valve opens, fluid flows through the angled passage.

  4. When the valve closes, the disc presses against the seat to stop flow.

  5. When reverse pressure occurs, the disc automatically closes to prevent backflow.
