900LB API Swing Check Valve
900LB API swing check valve is engineered to API 6D standards with a pressure seal bonnet and heavy-duty forged or cast steel body, purpose-built for extreme ultra-high pressure operating conditions up to 2220 psi. Overview
Application : Exclusively specified for ultra-high pressure oil & gas gathering systems, refinery hydroprocessing units, and high-pressure injection pipelines where operating pressures far exceed Class 600 valve capabilities. Also deployed in power plant supercritical steam systems, offshore platform high-pressure manifolds, and industrial process piping requiring absolute reliability under extreme pressure and temperature conditions.
