600LB API Swing Check Valve

600LB API swing check valve is engineered to API 6D standards with a heavy-duty cast steel body and pressure seal bonnet design, purpose-built for extreme high-pressure and high-temperature operating conditions. Featuring a robust swing disc mechanism with reinforced seating surfaces, this valve delivers reliable backflow prevention and long service life in the most demanding critical service applications. Available in WCB, WC6 and WC9 materials to suit different temperature and corrosion requirements.

Overview

Application : Primarily specified for high-pressure high-temperature service in refinery hydrocracking units, petrochemical high-pressure processes, and natural gas transmission compressor stations where operating pressures far exceed Class 300 valve limits. Also widely used in power plant high-pressure steam systems, boiler feedwater circuits, and offshore platform process piping requiring dependable backflow protection under extreme pressure and temperature conditions.
