150LB API Swing Check Valve

150LB API swing check valve is engineered to API 6D standards with a cast steel WCB body and flanged ends, automatically preventing reverse flow in pipeline systems with low pressure drop and reliable sealing. Featuring a swing-type disc design with full bore construction, this valve ensures smooth fluid passage and minimal flow resistance while providing dependable backflow protection. Available with optional counterweight, spring or lever and weight assemblies for specific operating requirements

Overview

Application : Specifically engineered for cryogenic and low-temperature service, this 150LB API swing check valve is ideal for LNG plants, cryogenic storage systems, and liquid oxygen/nitrogen/argon pipelines where temperatures can drop to -196°C. It also serves oil & gas transmission, petrochemical refineries and industrial process systems requiring reliable backflow prevention across a wide temperature range. The extended bonnet design ensures dependable sealing performance even in extreme cold operating conditions.
