1500LB API Swing Check Valve

1500LB API swing check valve features forged steel construction with a pressure seal bonnet design, engineered to API 6D standards for extreme high-pressure high-temperature (HPHT) service up to 3705 psi. Equipped with a precision-forged swing disc and hardened seating surfaces, this valve delivers bubble-tight sealing and unmatched structural integrity in the most severe critical service operating environments.

Overview

Application : Primarily deployed in refinery hydrocracker units, power plant supercritical steam systems, and high-pressure oil & gas injection wells where pressures exceed Class 900 valve limits and forged steel construction is mandatory. Also specified for offshore platform high-pressure manifolds, chemical processing autoclaves, and industrial HPHT process piping requiring absolute reliability under the most extreme pressure and temperature conditions.
